At Mûre, we believe the best moments in life happen around a table. The conversations that stretch into the afternoon, the celebrations shared with family and friends, and the meals that become part of the memories we carry with us. Based in Northern NSW, Mûre creates bespoke catering and private dining experiences inspired by seasonal produce, thoughtful hospitality and over twenty years spent in professional kitchens. Every menu is designed from the ground up, creating an experience that feels personal, effortless and deeply connected to the occasion.

Designed for the people at your table.

We don’t believe in set packages or one-size-fits-all menus. Every gathering is different, so every menu is thoughtfully created around your tastes, your guests and the way you want people to feel around the table.

CHEF’S NOTE

Mûre is a reflection of the way I believe people should experience food.

The name Mûre is inspired by my grandmother’s life and legacy. She taught me that the best moments aren’t always found in grand occasions, but in gathering around a table, sharing a meal and making people feel welcome. That sense of warmth, generosity and connection continues to shape everything I create today.

After more than 22 years working as a chef, I’ve learnt that the most memorable food isn’t necessarily the most complicated. It’s thoughtful, seasonal and made with genuine care. My cooking has been shaped by years spent travelling, working in professional kitchens and discovering new flavours, but it always comes back to honest ingredients and the joy of sharing them with others.

Whether I’m cooking for an intimate dinner, a wedding or a celebration with hundreds of guests, my goal is always the same: to create food that encourages people to slow down, stay a little longer and enjoy the company around them.

For me, great hospitality isn’t just about what’s served on the plate. It’s about creating an experience that feels personal, generous and memorable long after the meal has finished.

I look forward to sharing that experience with you.
